M.A.C RETRO MATTE LIQUID REVIEW
Make me glamour! This typically what I require when putting on makeup, and more specifically lipstick. Lipstick are all about being glamour. Even if the shade is extremely light, it immediately has a changing effect on your face. You're glowing! So fasten you're seat belt, you're about to discover my new makeup crush.
When it comes to lipstick, I am extremely loyal to one particular brand: M.A.C. Do you remember when I talked about my beauty routine essentials? I showed you my favorite lipstick and it was one of M.A.C's. Lately, I tried one of its latest lipstick innovation: the Retro Matte Liquid.
The least I can say is that they knew what they were doing! The shade, the texture... simply amazing. And it is super long-lasting, which means... no need to care about what touches you lips during the day! Freedom!

THE REVIEW
This is for all these reasons that I decided to publish a non-sponsored review - just in case you were wondering - of the M.A.C Retro Matte Liquid.
The first thing coming in my mind is that it user-friendly. It is like using a gloss! I am clumsy, guys, really clumsy. Ok, I am good with eyeshadows and makeup on the eyes, because I have the habit to use those. However, when it comes to the lips, it is a whole other story. Actually I am never really satisfied with the result. So trust me when I say it is easy to use.
The second reason to use the M.A.C Retro Matte Liquid, to me, would be the texture and the pigments of the different shades. Just with one application, you'll see the difference compared to your nude lips. The texture is absolutely A-MA-ZING! It is super comfortable.
Finally, the result is awesome. The intensity of the shade is unbelievable. It is really photogenic. It is really, really nice! I have to say it creates some sexiness!

What kind of look?: Liquid lipstick makes your lips really, really, really present. So you need to have a really light makeup to keep an harmonious look. To show off the intensity of the lipstick shade, I go for natural look. For the look on the picture, I used a light cushion, a black khôl and mascara and some nude eyeshadows.
How to choose the color of your M.A.C Retro Matte Liquid?: Everyone will need a different color! Because everybody has different: skin tone, hair color, style, attitude,... Those will influence the shade that will suit you the best. For the look on the picture, I used a classic red shade: Red Rebel. If you're not comfortable with this color, go for browns or pinks. Oh and please don't be shy! Ask some piece of advice to the salesperson or your friends, they will be more objective than you.
